Located in the northern part of the range of Picentini, the Terminio (1806 meters) is only three meters lower than the Cervialto and it dominates the valley of the river Sabato, while it gently decreases towards the valley of Calore Irpino.
The massif, reachable from Serino, has a very varied and luxuriant vegetation, with dense woods above 1700 meters. Along the trails, where you can go on horseback , you can meet numerous streams which disappear suddenly in the sinkholes between the calcareous rocks, in order to keep flowing underground, feeding the famous springs of Serino. Destination for walks and excursions, favored by different areas equipped for the break, the Terminio offers naturalistic scenarios of a rare beauty.
