With a single hall and three chapels on each side, one of which is dedicated to San Gennaro, it is a work of Filippo Raguzzini and houses a marble bust of archbishop Vincenzo Maria Orsini, who wanted to keep the archbishopric of Benevento even after his election to the papal throne like Benedict XIII.

Among the numerous works of the Orsini period, there is a painting of Giuseppe Castellano from 1720, representing all the patrons of the city.
