It is the right time. I am reaching the beach. I am looking at the sun. It reflects on the waves of the sea to recognise itself.

We can only go by sea to Spiaggia delle monache. We are five. We are stopping few meters away from the buoys delimiting the bay. I have armoured myself with Parma ham and mozzarella sandwich. The eastern side of Monte Vico in Lacco Ameno is fascinating.

It is the ideal dimension to isolate yourself. I am diving. The Posidonia is guarding the light blue background, the sky falls into the sea. On the sand, the baby crabs are playing free, far from men, and men are separated from the world.
